Women of childbearing age often experience temporary anovulation due to certain internal or external environmental stimuli, such as fatigue, stress, miscarriage, surgery or illness. They may also experience functional uterine bleeding due to persistent anovulation caused by obesity, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia and other factors.

During the menopausal transition period, the follicles in women's bodies are almost exhausted and their sensitivity to hormones in the human body is reduced. The follicles develop to a certain extent, but slowly and insufficiently, which can easily lead to insufficient progesterone levels and successful hemorrhage.

After understanding the causes of functional uterine bleeding, women should take appropriate measures to try to keep their bodies in a balanced state and prevent it from happening. As for adolescent and menopausal women, since most of them are in the physiological age group, they can only spend this period as peacefully as possible through various beneficial and balanced methods.

Diet and exercise adjustment

Endocrine regulation mainly starts with diet and exercise, supplemented by drug treatment when necessary. Develop good eating habits, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, high-protein foods, drink more water, replenish the water and nutrients needed by the body, and provide the various nutrients and water needed to maintain metabolism. Acne is more likely to occur in spring

Another common endocrine problem in spring is acne.

Winter is cold and dry. In order to prevent the skin from losing too much moisture, the stratum corneum thickens, making the skin dry and rough. In spring, with more sunshine and rising temperatures, the blood circulation and metabolism of the skin become active, and the secretion of sebaceous glands and sweat glands gradually increases.

Especially for young women, the secretion of male hormones increases in spring, the secretion of sebum is vigorous, and pollen, dust, and microorganisms in the atmosphere adhere to the face, making it more likely to form acne.

To prevent these problems, do the following:
