As for fat obesity or edema in the lower body, it is mostly caused by kidney deficiency and obstruction of the lower part of the body. Jisheng Shenqi Pills are often used in Chinese medicine to regulate the physical condition. Cinnamon can be added to the normal diet to help metabolize excess water in the lower part of the body.
