Peter Ho, who has a perfect mermaid line, attended the "Measure Your Waist Day" event held by the Millennium Love Foundation on the 9th as a public welfare ambassador. Peter Ho said: "There should be no mermaid line, and there should be no 'tuna line'!" To maintain a healthy waistline, you can adopt a "3D healthy life", that is, do exercise─ do exercise regularly, do a healthy diet─ maintain a healthy diet, do control─ control blood sugar, blood lipids, blood pressure, etc., to avoid physical diseases caused by metabolic syndrome.
