Throw away the postpartum corset and do yoga with bricks to shovel away the fat belly

In order to reduce the burden on the body, many pregnant mothers will use a "belly support belt" during delivery, tied around the waist to relieve the burden on the body, and even tighten the belly support belt as a belly binder after delivery, just to lose belly fat quickly. Yoga teachers suggest that if you want to get rid of the fat belly, you have a healthier way, you might as well practice yoga brick clamping exercises, which are also very helpful for pelvic retraction and thigh sculpting.

Tang Youxin, a yoga teacher who gave birth just over two months ago, mentioned that postpartum women generally face the problem of obesity in the abdomen and thighs. In order to improve the condition in a short period of time, they often use abdominal belts to achieve the effect of losing weight and restoring their figure through the principle of physical compression. However, if they want to regain their tight lines from the root, they must rely on exercise to drive the body's metabolism, awaken dormant muscles, and burn the fat accumulated during delivery and confinement.

Teacher Tang Youxin shared that the purpose of yoga brick exercises is to help postpartum women improve their metabolism, firm their abdomen and skin, and return to their best pre-pregnancy state. She suggested that pregnant mothers might as well practice it together.

Yoga Brick Exercise

After lying down flat, spread your legs slightly inward, as if you are closing your thighs inward, use force on your thighs and stomach, slowly roll up your tailbone, lift your pelvis and let your buttocks slowly leave the ground. Once it is in a position that you can bear, slowly lower it. Repeat the action about 8 to 12 times.

Teacher Tang Youxin added that when repeating the brick-holding exercise, the core muscles can be trained, which is very important for women before and after childbirth, or even those who do not need to give birth. Doing the brick-holding exercise while combining it with Kegel exercises and perineal contraction exercises is also very helpful for postpartum mothers to recover their birth canal.
