Upper body lymphatic stretching exercises

This movement can stretch the cheek line lymph, axillary lymph, chest line lymph, etc. of the upper body, and improve the condition of edema in the upper body.

Lower body lymphatic stretching exercises

Turn your head to look at your fingertips and feel the muscles in your groin stretch.

Don't make NG moves

Teacher Tang Youxin mentioned that after stretching the lymph nodes throughout the body, you can pat your armpits, thighs and other places with your hands, which can also help circulation. In addition, when doing the movements of stretching with both hands open and stretching sideways, you may accidentally bend your waist forward, lift your buttocks, or bend your neck, etc. These are NG movements. Remember to keep your upper body upright, and rely on the strength of your limbs and waist to drive the body twisting.
