1. 2. Sitting for a long time and wearing tight clothes may cause vaginal airtightness, accumulation of vaginal excrement, and poor blood circulation in the lower limbs, affecting the normal detoxification function of the ovaries and appendages, causing inflammation, and causing appendage inflammation.

3. Do not pay attention to daily hygiene or menstrual hygiene. Usually the water should be used to clean the perineum and then the anus to prevent the bacteria from entering the vagina. Avoid using a bathtub during menstruation. At the same time, during menstrual period or unclean sexual behavior, bacteria will also invade the internal reproductive organs, which will also cause acute adnexitis.
