2. Vulvitis: It is an inflammation of the vulva caused by pathogen infection and various adverse factors, mainly involving the vulvar skin and mucous membranes. The main symptoms after the onset of the disease are abnormal itching of the vulvar skin, pain and burning sensation of the vulva, local redness, swelling and erosion, ulcer exudation, etc. Vulvitis can be relieved by topical medications, such as metronidazole cream, chlortetracycline cream, levofloxacin hydrochloride cream, etc.

3. Pubic lice: It is a disease caused by the bites of pubic lice that parasitize on human pubic hair and perianal area. It is an infectious parasitic disease. The main symptoms of the disease are severe itching of the vulva, especially at night. There may also be rashes, local blue patches, and spot bleeding. Pubic lice require the removal of pubic hair and local medication for relief, such as lindane cream, compound tincture spray, benzyl benzoate cream, etc.

In addition to the above three common factors, it may also be related to various types of vaginitis. It is recommended to make a preliminary judgment based on other symptoms, and conduct a medical examination if necessary to clarify the specific cause and choose an appropriate treatment plan. During the treatment of vulvar diseases, you should pay attention to the cleanliness of your private parts, clean your vulva every day, and change into clean underwear in time.
