Ovarian cysts are a broad category of ovarian tumors that can occur at any age, but are most common in women between the ages of 20 and 50. Ovarian tumors are common tumors of the female reproductive system, with varying properties and morphologies. Early diagnosis is difficult and is one of the most serious malignant tumors that threaten women's lives.

Ovarian cysts are cysts in the ovaries. Ovarian cysts are a type of ovarian tumor. Ovarian cysts can be benign or malignant. After being diagnosed with an ovarian cyst, the first thing to do is to diagnose whether it is benign or malignant.

Right ovarian cysts are generally echo-free, but common symptoms include:

1. Abdominal pain: If the tumor has no complications, pain is rare. Patients with ovarian tumors feel abdominal pain, especially when it occurs suddenly, which is mostly caused by tumor pedicle torsion, occasionally caused by tumor rupture, bleeding or infection. Malignant cysts mainly cause abdominal pain and leg pain. Pain often causes patients to go to the emergency room.

2. Menstrual disorders: Generally, ovarian, or even bilateral ovarian cysts, do not cause menstrual disorders because they do not destroy all normal ovarian tissues. Some uterine bleeding is not endocrine, or it may be due to ovarian tumors changing the pelvic blood vessel distribution, causing endometrial congestion; or it may be due to malignant ovarian tumors directly metastasizing to the endometrium, causing menstrual disorders due to other secretory influences.

3. Compression symptoms: Huge ovarian tumors can cause dyspnea and palpitations, as can large amounts of ascites. However, dyspnea in some patients with ovarian tumors is caused by effusion in one or both sides of the chest, which is usually combined with ascites to form the so-called Meigs syndrome.
