Many women think they are very smart and secretly use some lotions or medicines, thinking that this can relieve itching. But I don’t know that there are many reasons for vulvar itching. Some drugs will change the pH value of secretions and the number of other normal bacteria in the vagina, causing mold to grow and multiply rapidly, causing severe vulvar itching, which often only has the opposite effect.

Those infected with Trichomonas vaginalis can use 1% lactic acid to flush the vagina, orally insert Baofukang suppositories, Yifuting clotrimazole vaginal tablets, or Jiren metronidazole suppositories; or use Cnidium monnieri, Sophora flavescens, alum, Phellodendron chinense, Zanthoxylum bungeanum, and 100 pieces of fried water for fumigation and washing.

Vulvar itching medication for fungal infection: 2% soda water can be used to rinse the vulva and vagina, and Baofukang suppository, Kunlishu Kushen gel or mycotoxin can be inserted into the vagina. If infected with insects, insect cream can be injected into the anus, and realgar powder can be applied to the skin around the anus to kill the insects. Vulvar itching caused by scabies should be treated with 10% to 20% sulfur ointment or scabies cream, Uniskin ointment and other drugs.

Vulvar itching is generally treated by paying attention to menstrual hygiene, keeping the vulva clean and dry, and avoiding scratching. Do not wash with hot water and avoid using soap. Potassium permanganate solution can be used when infected, but local scrubbing is strictly prohibited. Clothes, especially underwear, should be loose and breathable, and avoid drinking alcohol, spicy or allergic foods.
