1. Lower back pain may not occur: When the patient has an ectopic pregnancy, if the gestational sac is relatively small outside the uterine cavity and is not significantly squeezed, the gestational sac is relatively complete. The patient may not have obvious clinical symptoms, and generally will not experience lower back pain, lower back pain, etc.

2. Lower back pain and swelling may occur: If the gestational sac grows and develops rapidly outside the uterine cavity and is compressed by the surrounding tissues, the gestational sac may rupture and bleed heavily. The blood may cause obvious stimulation to the pelvic tissues, causing lower back pain, swelling, and a feeling of anal prolapse. Blood may flow out of the uterine cavity and vagina, causing vaginal bleeding.

When the patient is diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy, the doctor can prescribe methotrexate injection, oxytocin injection, fensulfonamide injection and other drugs for treatment. Minimally invasive surgery or laparotomy can also be performed according to the condition. Under the guidance of professional doctors, patients can choose the appropriate treatment plan according to their specific condition.
