What is the cause of hydatidiform mole?

Hydatidiform mole is usually caused by an abnormal fertilization process and is a pregnancy-related disease that requires medical attention as soon as possible for a clear diagnosis and treatment.

Its formation is closely related to the abnormal genetic material of the fertilized egg.
