What can I eat after uterine fibroid surgery? Can I eat longan after uterine fibroid surgery?

Uterine fibroids are a type of tumor that grows in the uterus. Some patients with advanced uterine fibroids know that their uterine fibroids have reached an advanced stage. So what should you eat after uterine fibroid surgery? Is longan okay?

Adenomyosis mostly occurs in pregnant women aged 30 to 50 years old. About half of the patients also have uterine fibroids, and about 15% of the patients have endometriosis. Although serial section examinations of autopsy specimens and specimens of uterine removal due to illness have found endometrial tissue in 10-47% of the uterine myometrium, only 70% have clinical symptoms. The malignant transformation rate of uterine fibroids is low, accounting for about 0.5%, and may atrophy after menopause. Generally, small asymptomatic tumors can be diagnosed by regular follow-up and do not require treatment. Patients with greater compression symptoms or abdominal pain and bleeding require surgical resection; some young patients who want to have children can undergo myomectomy.

After myomectomy, it is not advisable to eat too much high-fat food, nor to eat too much spicy food such as pepper, chili, onion, and white wine. At the same time, red dates, longan, donkey-hide gelatin, and royal jelly are all hot foods and should not be eaten too much. Patients with uterine fibroids should have a light diet and eat more chicken, lean meat, quail eggs, crucian carp, turtle, eggs, winter melon, cucumber, kelp, seaweed, tofu, fruits, etc.

Health is the most precious wealth of mankind. With health, you have everything, and without health, you lose everything. Stay energetic and be able to calmly bear daily life and heavy work, and don't feel too nervous and tired.
