Uterine fibroids are mostly multiple, and there are four types of location distribution: myometrium accounts for about 60-70%. Serosa accounts for 20%; mucosa accounts for 10%, and cervical fibroids are rare. So, how to supplement the nutrition of uterine fibroid surgery? According to the different growth locations, they can be divided into subserosal fibroids, intramural fibroids, submucosal fibroids or cervical fibroids, broad ligament fibroids, etc. Different types of uterine fibroids can show clinical manifestations such as menorrhagia, lower abdominal mass or dysuria.

The age of onset is usually 35 years old. Among women, about 20% suffer from uterine fibroids, but because the tumor develops slowly, there are no clinical symptoms. Eat nutritious dried fruits frequently, such as peanuts, sesame seeds, melon seeds, etc. Eat more whole grains such as corn and beans. Eat a light diet and do not eat hair products such as mutton, shrimp, crab, eel, salted fish, black fish, etc. Avoid eating spicy foods and drinks such as peppers, chili peppers, onions, raw garlic, and white wine. Do not eat foods that are hot, coagulant, or contain vegetarian ingredients, such as longan, red dates, donkey-hide gelatin, and royal jelly. Supplementary food should be consumed after a period of recovery after surgery. Eat regularly and quantitatively, and do not overeat.
