What is the difference between pelvic effusion and uterine rectal effusion?

What is the difference between pelvic effusion and uterorectal effusion?

1. Menstrual disorders are a phenomenon that many women experience. Many gynecological diseases can also cause menstrual disorders, and pelvic effusion can also cause menstrual disorders.

2. Many people have heard of pelvic effusion and rectectal effusion. I believe many people think that these are two different diseases. In fact, there is no difference between the two. They are just different expressions of the same meaning.

3. Pelvic effusion is caused by inflammation, that is, by exudation of chronic pelvic inflammation. A few cases are caused by ruptured ectopic pregnancy, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic abscess, chocolate cyst, and ovarian cancer. Those caused by acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease are often accompanied by bilateral or unilateral lower abdominal pain, lumbar pain, etc. How to treat pelvic effusion and what are the symptoms of pelvic effusion? The specific cause of effusion is that the serous exudate caused by inflammation cannot be absorbed by the body and slowly accumulates in the body.

4. The pathogens that cause pelvic inflammatory disease are staphylococci, Escherichia coli, streptococci, anaerobic bacteria, and sexually transmitted pathogens such as herpes virus, Chlamydia trachomatis, and mycoplasma. The main routes of transmission are: transmission through blood circulation, spread through the lymphatic system, spread along the genital mucosa, and direct spread after infection of adjacent organs.

5. Pelvic effusion often occurs in the lower part of the pelvic cavity, such as the uterine rectal pouch. To achieve targeted and effective treatment, the cause of the effusion must be identified first. Generally, B-ultrasound can be used to check whether there is pelvic effusion. As for when to recheck, it depends on your treatment situation.
