In order to catch up with the current popular "Korean" trend, Teacher Danny observed the dance steps of Korean singers and found that many movements can be performed in a small space to strengthen the waist and arm lines. He specially simplified the popular Korean dance steps and compiled them into slimming dances. When exercising, you can accompany them with the music of Korean pop bands, which can not only increase the fun of exercise, but also strengthen cardiopulmonary function and sculpt a good body shape.

Teacher Danny explained that many people who want to lose weight do not know that maintaining good cardiopulmonary function is closely related to weight loss. Since body fat can only be burned in large quantities when the body is full of oxygen, starting with simple and easy-to-learn dances can improve cardiopulmonary function and put the body in a state that is not easily deprived of oxygen. As long as the cardiopulmonary function improves, the ability to burn fat can naturally be improved.

The Korean-style dance slimming movements are composed of 4 groups of 8-beat movements in series, namely 1. Shake the hips left and right, 2. Square steps + shake left and right on the spot, 3. Right-right-left-left, 4. Drop hands and tap sideways. When dancing, just put on comfortable clothes and you can enjoy the pleasure of showing off your slim waist and getting rid of fat in a small space.

[Korean style dance weight loss 4 moves]

1. Shake your hips left and right. Open your hands by your waist, and when you step out with your left foot, push your left hip out to the left. When you step out with your right foot, push your right hip out to the right. When you shake your hips left and right, your hands can sway slightly left and right with the rhythm of your body.

2. Square step + shake left and right on the spot. Take a square step with your right foot, first step forward diagonally to the left, then step diagonally to the right with your left foot, step back one step with your right foot, and after completing the square step, step in place, twist your hips, and swing your hands for 4 beats. Continue to repeat the above steps with your left foot.

3.Right, right, left, left. Take a step to the right with your right foot, open your hands to the right, step your left foot toward your right foot, bring your hands to your waist, repeat this movement twice, then take a step to the left with your left foot, open your hands to the left, step your right foot toward your left foot, bring your hands to your waist, repeat this movement twice.

4. Throw your hands to the side and click on both sides. Raise both hands up (throw your hands up) and touch the ground with the side of your right foot, lift your heel, bring both hands back to your chest. Bring your right foot back, raise both hands up and touch the ground with the side of your left foot, lift your heel, repeat the movement for 1 time and 8 beats.

Teacher Danny suggests that mature men and women can freely choose their favorite music and move along with the beat when exercising. When implementing a fat-burning plan, they can also invite three or five friends to dance together. The feeling of having someone to accompany them can increase motivation and a sense of accomplishment in exercise, making the process of dancing to lose weight more interesting.
