What are the symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease?

Pelvic inflammatory disease is a disease that troubles many women. The physical signs of patients vary greatly. Mild cases have no obvious abnormalities, while severe cases have different symptoms such as loss of appetite, leucorrhea, abnormal menstruation, frequent urination, fever, increased heart rate, lower abdominal tenderness, rebound pain, muscle tension, etc. The specific treatment should also choose a reasonable plan based on the symptoms. Pelvic inflammatory disease refers to inflammation of the female pelvic reproductive organs, the connective tissue around the uterus, and the pelvic peritoneum. Pelvic inflammatory disease is generally divided into acute and chronic types, of which chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is mostly chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The patient's physical condition varies with the progression of the disease.

Symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease:

1. When women suffer from acute pelvic inflammation, they will have different symptoms. Tenderness and rebound pain often occur in the early stage, accompanied by rapid heart rate, fever, and vaginal pus discharge. When the condition is serious, it can also cause loss of appetite, cold, headache, high fever and other abnormalities.

2. In addition to the above symptoms, there will be swelling and pain in the abdomen and waist, sometimes accompanied by swelling and discomfort in the anus. It often worsens when tired, during sex, or before and after defecation and menstruation, and may be accompanied by frequent urination, leucorrhea, abnormal menstruation, dysmenorrhea and infertility. When the body's resistance is reduced, such as busy work and fatigue, acute attacks will also occur, so if abnormal menstruation is usually found, comprehensive examination and treatment should be paid attention to.

3. The systemic symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease patients are not obvious, sometimes there is a low fever and easy fatigue. For patients with a long course of illness, some patients may experience neurasthenia, which is why the disease is easily ignored.
