It's been seven days since my period began, but I still feel a little shaky

It has been seven days since the menstruation began, but it is still a little bit unclean. This may be a physiological phenomenon or a pathological phenomenon, such as cervical columnar epithelial ectopia with infection, endometritis, etc. It needs to be improved through general treatment, drug therapy, physical therapy, etc.

1. Physiological phenomenon: Menstruation is the periodic shedding and bleeding of the endometrium. The normal menstrual cycle is between 21 and 35 days, and the menstrual period is 3 to 7 days. Due to individual differences, the menstrual period will also be different. If the usual menstrual period is 7 days, and the menstruation is not very clean on the 7th day, it is also a normal phenomenon. You only need to do local cleaning and care.

2. Cervical column epithelial ectopia combined with infection: Cervical column epithelial ectopia is a physiological phenomenon of the outward migration of the cervical column epithelium. Usually there are no obvious symptoms, but if it is combined with infection, abnormal vaginal discharge, irregular vaginal bleeding, etc. will occur. It can be improved by laser surgery or cryotherapy.

3. Endometritis: Endometritis refers to inflammation caused by pathogens infecting the endometrium. Because menstruation is caused by the periodic shedding and bleeding of the endometrium, when patients have endometritis, menstruation will also be abnormal, which may lead to abnormal secretions and menstruation. Drugs such as metronidazole tablets, levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules, and Gongyanning tablets can be taken under the guidance of a doctor.

In addition to the above reasons, it may also be caused by factors such as uterine fibroids, but no matter what the reason, active treatment is required to avoid delaying the best treatment time and affecting the recovery of the disease.
