1. Symptoms include genital itching, dry skin, hypertrophy and whitening, loss of elasticity, and even atrophy and ulceration, and may also cause pain and burning sensation.

Stage III hyperplastic type: The skin keratin hyperplasia is very serious, the stratum corneum falls off repeatedly, or scratching causes swelling, edema, cracking, and erosion of the vulva, which may be accompanied by intense itching and pain.
