Symptoms of Bartholinitis

Symptoms of Bartholinitis

People can judge whether they have vestibular glanditis by its specific symptoms. In the early stage of vestibular glanditis, the skin of the affected area will be obviously red, swollen and hot, and the body will also have obvious symptoms of general discomfort. As the disease gradually worsens, ulcers may appear on the affected skin.

Nowadays, many women may suffer from various gynecological diseases, which may cause more damage to their bodies, such as vestibular glanditis. These gynecological diseases can cause many uncomfortable symptoms in women's bodies, so people can diagnose these symptoms to determine whether they have these diseases. What are the symptoms of vestibular glanditis?

1. Redness, swelling and fever of the skin:

In the early stage of Bartholinitis, the patient will find that the local skin will be obviously red, swollen and hot, and there will be obvious tenderness. At the same time, when squeezing the red and swollen area, thin and light yellow pus may appear. When the disease develops to the later stage, obvious abscesses may appear on the local skin, and the pain will also increase. It may also cause other discomfort symptoms in the human body, such as fever all over the body.

2. Ulceration:

When the Bartholin's gland inflammation gradually worsens, many patients may develop obvious ulcers in the Bartholin's glands. The reason for this phenomenon is that as the disease gradually worsens, due to the gradual increase in pressure, the cysts in the affected area will cause the surface skin to become thinner and thinner, so the abscess will rupture on its own. If the rupture is relatively large, the inflammation will subside by itself due to the backflow. However, if the rupture is relatively small, the pus cannot be completely discharged, resulting in repeated attacks.

3. General discomfort symptoms:

The onset of vestibular glanditis can easily bring many symptoms of general discomfort to people's bodies, such as nausea, vomiting, headache, fever, etc. These symptoms of general discomfort are mostly intermittent and will gradually worsen as the disease progresses. But when the abscess ruptures and pus flows out, the local pain will be relieved, and the uncomfortable systemic symptoms will also be relieved.
