Whenever I feel tired, I go jogging. After exercise, I only want to eat healthy food. My sleep quality also improves, and I no longer carry fatigue or heavy emotions into the next morning.

During my time working crazy hours, I spent a lot of money to combat chronic fatigue. Not only do I go to high-end skin care centers, I also get massages regularly. I have stockpiled a lot of healing essential oils and candles at home, which I light every day, and I have also tried healing music. Unfortunately, none of these methods can solve the problem fundamentally. Massage can only relieve local stiffness, but cannot eliminate whole-body fatigue, and is of no help in resolving inner restlessness.

Running adjusts the physical and mental state and refreshes the mind

I find that the more tired and exhausted I get, the less effective softer methods like aromatherapy oils and massage are. That's why people drink until dawn or go out for barbecue late at night, using the intense stimulation that consumes the body to eliminate fatigue.

In fact, jogging can provide the same stimulation and quickly eliminate physical and mental fatigue.

This is why many business owners in India and the United States go to the gym before work. Running can adjust your physical and mental state, refresh your mind, and help you meet the challenges of work. If not, I believe there wouldn't be so many business operators willing to take time out to exercise.
