There are two types of pelvic effusion: physiological and pathological. The pelvic cavity is the lowest part of the abdominal cavity. Any fluid may flow here. There will be follicular fluid during the ovulation period, and there will be pelvic congestion before menstruation. Some healthy women may accumulate a small amount of blood in the pelvic cavity during ovulation or menstruation, forming pelvic effusion. These effusions are usually physiological and most of them can disappear on their own.

Pelvic effusion cannot be fed during medication to avoid affecting the baby. Clinically, pelvic effusion indicated by B-ultrasound should be diagnosed and treated accordingly in combination with the patient's symptoms. For physiological pelvic effusion, when the patient has no obvious other accompanying symptoms, B-ultrasound examination can be performed 3 to 7 days after menstruation. Physiological pelvic effusion can be absorbed by itself and generally does not require special treatment.

Western medicine treatment is mostly for mixed infection, and active and thorough treatment should be given during acute attacks. If the bacterial culture is positive, the most effective antibiotic treatment can be selected based on the drug sensitivity test. It is best to use anti-chlamydia drugs at the same time, supplemented by promoting adhesion and inflammation absorption.

Women should pay attention to pelvic effusion and provide appropriate care and health care so that female friends can easily get through this period.
