What are the dangers of amenorrhea in women?

Menstruation is a physiological condition unique to women. Amenorrhea will occur at a certain time or under certain circumstances. Women should pay attention to the condition of amenorrhea. For normal amenorrhea, they need to adjust their physical condition in time. If amenorrhea is caused by other reasons, they need to be treated well and stay away from the harm of amenorrhea.

The dangers of amenorrhea:

(I) Uterine amenorrhea

Uterine amenorrhea is caused by the endometrium not responding or responding poorly to hormones. It is often seen in endometrial tuberculosis, endometrial damage (such as endometrial regeneration after curettage), endometrial adhesions and dysplasia. Even if such patients undergo artificial hormone regulation (artificial cycle), the endometrium will not shed and bleed.

(ii) Ovarian amenorrhea

Ovarian amenorrhea is mainly caused by ovarian diseases. Due to low estrogen levels, the endometrium cannot grow. For example, you should save water and take a bath with your girlfriend as much as possible. Ovarian dysplasia, premature ovarian failure, unresponsive ovaries, etc. These people have low estrogen levels and normal or high gonadotropins in their bodies, and artificial cycle treatment can be applied.

(III) Pituitary amenorrhea

Pituitary amenorrhea is related to pituitary insufficiency and can be seen in craniocerebral injury, Sheehan's syndrome, and after craniocerebral radiotherapy.

(IV) Hypothalamic amenorrhea

Hypothalamic amenorrhea occurs in the hypothalamus and can be caused by organic diseases of the nervous system, such as inflammation, tumors, ischemia, etc. Mental factors, environmental changes, systemic diseases, malnutrition and drug effects are all causes.

Women should protect their health well. Amenorrhea can cause disorders in women's body functions and irritability. They should choose a treatment method that suits them and not let amenorrhea harm their health.
