Second, tyrosine protein kinase (PTK) can stimulate the replication and proliferation of tumor cells, promote nearby angiogenesis, and induce cancer cell growth. Genistein in soy protein can strongly inhibit PTK, block abnormal angiogenesis, and inhibit the growth, tumor formation and proliferation of cancer cells.

Third, saponin is a type of glycoside. The reason why foam is produced when soy milk is boiled is its presence. Soybeans contain about 0.5% of it. Studies have shown that saponin can stimulate the immune system and prevent the growth of cancer cells, and has anti-cancer effects.

  • Ingredients: 50g each of apple, kiwi fruit and banana, 150c.c. of unsweetened soy milk.

Although eating soybeans can help prevent cancer and maintain health, nutritionist Chen Ruozhen still reminds the public that they should give priority to vacuum-packed and intact soybeans when purchasing. Bulk soybeans bought from traditional markets should be stored in sealed dry containers. If mold is found, it is recommended to discard all of them. Do not just throw away the moldy soybeans, because non-moldy soybeans may have been contaminated with toxins, and accidental ingestion may damage the liver and kidneys.

As for soybean processed products that often appear on the table, such as bean curd skin and dried tofu, it is recommended to blanch them in boiling water with a little salt before cooking to maintain freshness and remove odor.
