4. Endometritis: Oral Chinese patent medicine, such as Fuke Qianjin Tablets, Tranexamic Acid Tablets, Bazhen Yimu Pills can stop bleeding, and oral cephalosporins and azithromycin can reduce inflammation;

5. Uterine fibroids: Patients with uterine fibroids may experience heavy menstrual flow, prolonged menstruation, and dysmenorrhea. Patients can take tranexamic acid to stop bleeding, and if necessary, the uterine fibroids can be removed surgically by a doctor.

In daily life, you should pay attention to nutritional supplements and eat more high-protein or fresh foods. Pay attention to rest, combine work and rest, especially avoid strenuous activities and excessive fatigue during menstruation. Keep warm, avoid contact with too cold or too cold environment, and refrain from sexual intercourse during menstruation.
