Cervical erosion 2nd degree, severe 3rd degree

Cervical erosion generally refers to cervical columnar epithelial ectopia. Cervical columnar epithelial ectopia of degree 2 or 3 may be a normal physiological phenomenon, or it may be caused by external stimulation, microbial infection, etc., which can be relieved by physical relief, drug treatment, etc.

1. Normal physiological phenomenon: Cervical epithelial ectopia is caused by excessive estrogen secretion in the body, and the cervical epithelium moves to the exit of the cervical canal. Most patients do not have obvious symptoms. If the patient does not have any physical discomfort and does not have special treatment, you can strengthen local skin cleaning and wear loose and breathable clothes.

2. External stimulation: If the patient is weak, has low immunity, is too rough during sex, or has irritated the cervical mucosa due to gynecological surgery, local damage may occur, and erosion, exudation, pain, etc. Patients can take Gongyan Tablets, Fuke Qianjin Tablets, Fuyankang Capsules and other drugs under the guidance of doctors.

3. Microbial infection: If you do not pay attention to hygiene, a large number of bacteria will grow on your underwear or your sexual life will be unclean, which may induce inflammation and infection, leading to symptoms of cervicitis, increased vaginal discharge, lower abdominal pain, etc. You can take drugs such as doxycycline hydrochloride tablets, roxithromycin capsules, and azithromycin granules according to the doctor's advice.

In addition to the common causes mentioned above, it may also be cervical cancer, etc. Patients are advised to go to the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital in time.
