What to do about amenorrhea?

Amenorrhea can be caused by endocrine disorders, pelvic inflammatory disease, premature ovarian insufficiency and other reasons, and can be treated with medication.

1. Endocrine disorders: may be caused by bad eating habits or staying up late for a long time, which will affect the body's hormone secretion, obesity, fatigue, abnormal menstrual cycle, and severe cases may cause amenorrhea. It is necessary to take mifepristone tablets, drogestrel tablets, Xiaoyao pills and other drugs as prescribed by the doctor.

2. Pelvic inflammatory disease: It is a common upper reproductive tract infectious disease in women. It occurs in sexually active women and is usually caused by infection with pathogens. It may also be caused by unclean sexual life. Typical symptoms include lower abdominal pain, increased leucorrhea, abnormal vaginal bleeding, etc. If not treated in time, it may cause pathogens to invade the endometrium, affect the shedding of the endometrium, and cause amenorrhea. Drugs such as metronidazole tablets, tetracycline tablets, and penicillin V potassium tablets can be taken under the guidance of a doctor.

3. Early ovarian insufficiency: It usually occurs before the age of 40. Causes include abnormal autoimmune factors, iatrogenic injury, scanty menstruation, prolonged or shortened menstrual cycle, etc. If not treated in time, it may lead to menopause. You need to follow the doctor's advice and take progesterone capsules, estradiol valerate tablets, nialstradiol tablets and other medications.

In addition to the above reasons, it may also be caused by diseases such as uterine fibroids, and medical treatment is required in time.
