Efficacy: Promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, warm the meridians and replenish deficiency. Suitable for abdominal pain during menstruation caused by blood stasis and qi stagnation or qi deficiency.

3. Sophora japonica flower and coix seed porridge

Ingredients: 10 grams of Sophora japonica flowers, 30 grams of Job's tears, 20 grams of wax gourd seeds, and appropriate amount of rice.

Preparation method: Fry Sophora japonica flowers and wax gourd seeds together into soup, remove the residue, add Job's tears and rice and cook into porridge for consumption.

Efficacy: This prescription has the effect of invigorating qi and removing dampness.
