For the care of Bartholin's gland inflammation, you can choose to take a sitz bath with a certain proportion of diluted potassium permanganate solution, 15 to 20 minutes each time, twice a day. You can also choose oral antibiotics according to the pathogen, but you must take them according to the course of treatment and the doctor's instructions.

Bartholinitis is treated with incision and drainage and ostomy, with dressing changed once a day, and the vulva is scrubbed with 1:20 iodine stock solution twice a day. When the secretion decreases, potassium permanganate diluted in a certain proportion can be used for sitz bath to promote healing, but attention should be paid to the concentration, temperature and time of the solution.

It is important to stay in bed during the acute phase to avoid causing pain. Local cold compresses can be used to relieve pain.
