It is normal to have low back pain. Normally, menstruating women should pay more attention to rest and avoid staying up late and heavy physical labor.

2. Lumbar muscle strain: Women with lumbar muscle strain will damage soft tissues such as lumbar muscle ligaments. During menstruation, poor blood circulation in the body aggravates the symptoms of lumbar muscle strain, causing lumbar pain, accompanied by symptoms such as osteoporosis. Under the guidance of a doctor, you can take diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets, ibuprofen sustained-release tablets, celecoxib capsules and other drugs.

3. Pelvic inflammatory disease: Pelvic inflammatory disease is caused by infection with exogenous and endogenous pathogens. When local pelvic inflammation occurs, the pelvic cavity will be congested and edematous. During menstruation, women will experience lower abdominal pain accompanied by symptoms such as back pain. You can take medication under the guidance of a doctor, such as metronidazole tablets, azithromycin dispersible tablets, levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules, etc.

In addition to the common causes mentioned above, cervicitis and other causes may also occur. If you have other discomfort symptoms, you should go to the hospital in time.
