B-ultrasound shows that adnexitis can be cured?

1. B-ultrasound shows that adnexitis can generally be cured, but it may recur.

2. Adnexitis generally refers to inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ovaries. The main causes are pathogen infection, decreased autoimmunity, unclean sexual life, postoperative injury, etc. Patients with adnexitis may experience discomfort symptoms such as lower abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge, high fever, loss of appetite, etc. If accompanied by urinary tract infection, it may also cause symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, and pain during urination. If it is acute adnexitis, it can generally be cured after active treatment and has a good prognosis. If chronic adnexitis can also achieve clinical cure through systemic treatment, but when there is local stimulation or decreased immunity, the disease will relapse again.

3. Patients are advised to go to the hospital in time if they feel unwell. They can take metronidazole tablets, doxycycline hydrochloride tablets, levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules and other drugs under the guidance of doctors. If there are ovarian cysts or pelvic cysts, percutaneous puncture drainage, laparoscopic surgery and bilateral adnexectomy can be performed. It can also assist with physical therapy such as laser therapy, ultrashort wave therapy, iontophoresis, etc., which can improve the metabolism of local tissues, help reduce inflammation and swelling, and promote early recovery from the disease.

4. It is recommended to get enough rest during treatment and avoid sexual intercourse as much as possible.
