What medicine is used for intrauterine adhesions

What medicine is used for intrauterine adhesions?

Drug treatment for intrauterine adhesions is mainly used for postoperative consolidation treatment. Commonly used drugs include antibiotics, estrogen, aspirin, growth hormone and gonadotropin-releasing hormone.

1. Antibiotics

After surgery for intrauterine adhesions, you need to take antibiotics to prevent recurrence of intrauterine adhesions, reproductive tract infections, and other inflammations. Please follow the doctor's instructions and actively receive treatment.

2. Female hormones

High doses of estrogen can stimulate the proliferation of the endometrium, thereby helping to repair damaged tissue and prevent new adhesions from forming.

3. Aspirin is a widely used drug.

After the intrauterine adhesions are relieved, small doses of aspirin should be used as an auxiliary treatment, which can help restore the uterine cavity to its normal shape and regulate abnormal menstruation.

4. Human Growth Hormone

The use of growth hormone can improve the poor blood circulation of the endometrium after the release of intrauterine adhesions, increase the sensitivity to receptors such as estrogen and progesterone, and promote the endometrium to return to normal growth state.

5. Hormones that promote the release of gonadal hormones

This drug can reduce the inflammatory and immune responses after surgery and prevent the recurrence of adhesions after surgery.
