2. If endometriosis is found and the ovarian chocolate cyst is larger than 6 cm, you must keep your emotions stable and avoid overwork during menstruation or mid-menstruation, because once the tension in the cyst suddenly increases and the cyst wall ruptures, acute abdomen will occur.

3. During menstruation, all strenuous exercise and heavy physical labor are prohibited. Pay attention to controlling your emotions and don't hold your temper, otherwise it will lead to endocrine disorders. If endocrine disorders occur, they can be adjusted through diet therapy. Sexual intercourse is prohibited during menstruation.
