TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Habitual Abortion

There are three points in TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of habitual abortion:

Syndrome differentiation: Yin deficiency, blood heat, liver and spleen excessive fire and stagnation.

Treatment method: clear the liver and soften the liver, regulate qi and consolidate the fetus.

The name of the recipe is Fried Stewed Fetus.

The composition is 8 grams of Scutellaria baicalensis, 4 grams to 8 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, 6 grams of Angelica sinensis, 6 grams of Peony safflower, 6 grams of donkey-hide gelatin, 4 grams of dried tangerine peel, and 2 grams of Amomum villosum.

Directions: Decoction in water, daily dose, twice a day.

Differentiate between spleen and kidney deficiency.

Treatment method: tonify Qi and strengthen the spleen, benefit the kidney and stabilize the fetus.

The name of the prescription is Bushen Guchong Decoction.

It is composed of 15 grams of mule, 15 grams of raspberry, 15 grams of Eucommia ulmoides, 15 grams of Chuanduan, 15 grams of Viscum album, 15 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 15 grams of White Peony Root, 12 grams of donkey-hide gelatin, 12 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 12 grams of tangerine peel, and 6 grams of licorice.

Usage: decoction should be taken from the dangerous period of abortion until it is over.

Differentiate between deficiency of both Qi and blood.

Treatment method: Invigorate Qi and consolidate the fetus.

Evodia rutaecarpa decoction.

40 grams of Astragalus, 40 grams of Chuanxiong, 60 grams of roasted licorice, and 20 grams of Evodia rutaecarpa soup.

Grind the above ingredients into powder, take 8g each time, mixed with warm wine.
