How to treat ovarian cysts?

Disorders of Qi, blood, and body fluids are the key to ovarian cysts. The pathogenesis of ovarian cysts is virtual standard, liver blood deficiency, liver depression and spleen deficiency, Qi stagnation and blood stasis, and phlegm and blood stasis. The clinical practice of ovarian cysts is mainly Qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis, and damp heat or condensation can be seen. Most doctors believe that Qi stagnation and blood stasis, and phlegm and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of ovarian cysts.

When ovarian cysts are asymptomatic in the early stages, they are often difficult to diagnose clinically. However, four methods summarized based on clinical differentiation can achieve therapeutic effects.

① Promote blood circulation, eliminate blood stasis, and eliminate swelling and pain. For cold blood stasis, choose Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong, Trillium, Ezhu, Peach Kernel, Safflower, Frankincense, and No Drugs; for hot blood stasis, choose Cortex Moutan, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Red Peony, Curcuma, Turmeric, Xicao, etc. By promoting blood circulation, eliminating blood stasis, eliminating swelling and pain, improving local blood circulation, and eliminating blood stasis.

② Eliminate dampness and strengthen the spleen, remove blood stasis and resolve stagnation. Commonly used drugs such as millet, Poria, Alisma, Akebia, Qumai, etc. are stored, and spleen drugs such as Atractylodes, Atractylodes, Chinese Yam, and Lentils are strengthened. If the diuretic effect is not effective, it can be combined with expectorant, softening and resolving drugs. For new sputum, choose Fritillaria, Radix Trichosanthis, Pinellia; oyster, pumice, corrugated paper, kelp, seaweed, etc.

③ Clear away heat, detoxify, reduce swelling and relieve pain. Commonly used medicines include winter vine, phellodendron, dandelion, yellow bulb, and oldenlandia diffusa.

④ Lead the drugs to the meridians. Bupleurum, Chuanxiong, Qingpi, Curcuma, Cyperus, Taiwu, Chuanlianzi, and Corydalis are often selected to enter the liver meridian to reach the diseased area, regulate qi and disperse nodules, help other drugs to work better, and accelerate the absorption and dissipation of lesions.
