50 days after giving birth, my lower abdomen feels like menstrual cramps

If your lower abdomen feels like dysmenorrhea 50 days after delivery, it may be caused by irritable bowel syndrome, pelvic inflammatory disease, acute gastroenteritis, appendicitis, etc. It is recommended to see a doctor and give targeted treatment according to the cause, as follows:

1. Irritable bowel syndrome: If you often have trouble sleeping, are overworked, and are often anxious and overly nervous after giving birth, it can induce irritable bowel syndrome, causing lower abdominal pain like dysmenorrhea. Generally, it can be relieved by adjusting your emotions, releasing stress, and getting more rest.

2. Pelvic inflammatory disease: If you do not pay attention to the hygiene of the private parts within 50 days after delivery, it is easy to cause inflammation. If it is not effectively controlled, retrograde ascending infection will cause pelvic inflammatory disease, causing lower abdominal pain like dysmenorrhea, accompanied by abnormal leucorrhea. Antibiotics such as cefaclor tablets, doxycycline tablets, amoxicillin clavulanate potassium tablets and other anti-infection treatments can be given. In severe cases, intravenous infusion treatment is required.

3. Acute gastroenteritis: Eating unhygienic food can cause acute gastroenteritis, leading to lower abdominal gland dysmenorrhea and nutritional diarrhea. If it is a bacterial infection, cefuroxime axetil tablets, cefixime tablets, montmorillonite powder and other drugs can be used for treatment.

4. Appendicitis: Inflammation of the appendix cavity manifests as pain in the right lower abdomen, accompanied by tenderness and rebound pain. Surgical removal of the appendix can be considered for treatment.
