The most advanced method for diagnosing threatened miscarriage

In today's society, women are experiencing threatened miscarriage at a younger age. Married women are busy with work, have high work pressure, and have irregular diets, which can directly or indirectly lead to threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy. Of course, older women are more likely to have threatened miscarriage, so if you find signs of threatened miscarriage in the early pregnancy, you must go to a regular hospital for examination and treatment. Through treatment, early threatened miscarriage can be completely saved. Next, let us learn about the most advanced methods for diagnosing threatened miscarriage.

Threatened abortion is divided into examination diagnosis and symptom diagnosis. Let us analyze them one by one.

The first is the examination and diagnosis method of threatened abortion: 1. There is a small amount of vaginal bleeding and mild paroxysmal uterine contractions in early pregnancy.

2. Positive pregnancy test.

3. Ultrasound examination includes fetal heart beat, fetal sac and fetal movement. In mild cases, due to a small amount of bleeding, one side of the fetal sac is surrounded by an echo-free area, which is not much but clear; in severe cases, there is a large amount of blood accumulation in the uterine cavity, and sometimes the fetal membrane and uterine wall can be seen to be separated, and there is an echo-free area behind the fetal membrane. Depending on the different stages of pregnancy, the fetal bud and the primitive fetal heart beat can be seen. Ultrasound diagnosis: Generally, the fetal sac can be seen at 5-6 weeks of pregnancy, and the fetal bud can be seen at 6-7 weeks of pregnancy. The transvaginal probe is earlier than the transabdominal probe. When there is no clinical sign of miscarriage, the withered fertilized egg can be found by ultrasound examination.

The second is the symptom diagnosis method:

1. Vaginal bleeding: Vaginal bleeding can be divided into light bleeding and heavy bleeding, continuous bleeding and irregular bleeding. Although bleeding is often considered the first sign of miscarriage, it is normal to have vaginal bleeding in the first three months of pregnancy, but vaginal bleeding accompanied by pain requires special attention, because it is very likely a sign of miscarriage.

2. Pain: There may be persistent pain in the pelvis, abdomen, or lower back. When vaginal bleeding symptoms appear, the pain may begin a few hours or days later.

3. Vaginal blood clots: Vaginal discharge of blood clots or light gray tissue.

Don't panic if you find threatened miscarriage. The doctor will give you the appropriate treatment and care methods after examination. For mild cases, you can rest in bed and refrain from sexual intercourse. For severe cases, you can be hospitalized for treatment. Everyone must eat properly. I wish you good luck in pregnancy!
