The wall of the ovarian cyst is not smooth, with little blood flow signal

The wall of the ovarian cyst is not smooth and has little blood flow signal, so it is considered to be a pathological cyst. Most of them are benign cysts, and very few may be malignant cysts.

Ovarian cysts are divided into physiological cysts and pathological cysts. Normally, physiological cysts will not have blood flow signals, while pathological cysts will generally show a small amount of blood flow signals, and most of them are benign cysts. If the diameter of the cyst is less than 5 cm, it can be treated with drugs such as progesterone, drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets, etc., or Chinese patent medicines such as Guizhi Fuling Pills and Kangfuyan Capsules can be selected for conditioning. For cysts larger than 5 cm or severe lower abdominal pain accompanied by nausea, vomiting and other symptoms, surgical removal can be considered, such as ovarian cystectomy, ipsilateral oophorectomy, etc.

Malignant ovarian cysts can cause the ovarian wall to be less smooth, have blood flow signals, and grow at a relatively fast rate. In this case, surgical removal is required as soon as possible, followed by chemotherapy and other treatments.

For ovarian cysts, it is recommended to seek medical attention in a timely manner and receive standardized treatment under the guidance of a physician. It is not recommended to take medication on your own.
