Lingzhi Pork Liver

Efficacy: The liver is rich in iron and is the most commonly used food among blood-enriching foods. Eating pig liver can regulate and improve the physiological function of the hematopoietic system of anemic patients. This dietary therapy is suitable for symptoms such as delayed menstruation and scanty menstruation caused by blood deficiency.

Raw materials: 250g pork liver, 10g ganoderma lucidum, 5g dried black fungus, 100g green vegetables.

Method: 1. Wash the pork liver and cut it into thin slices. Soak the black fungus in cold water, pick and clean it, tear it into small pieces, pick and clean the green vegetables, cut them into sections and set aside.

2. Select the Ganoderma lucidum, wash it, dry it, cut it into slices or chop it, put it into a casserole, add water and simmer it for 40 minutes, filter it with clean gauze, remove the residue, and keep the juice for later use.

3. Put the pork liver slices in a large bowl, add appropriate amounts of salt, sugar, and cooking wine, mix well, then add appropriate amounts of water and cornstarch, and then add a small amount of vegetable oil and mix.
