Women should beware of cervical erosion causing infertility! Women should avoid eating too much of these six foods to prevent infertility

We all know that the incidence of cervical erosion is very high, but because its symptoms are not obvious, female friends are easy to ignore it, thus missing the best time to treat the disease, causing the disease to worsen. In severe cases, it can lead to female infertility.

Cervical erosion is classified into mild, moderate and severe according to the size and degree of wound surface. Generally, mild erosion has no obvious symptoms and will not affect life and work too much, let alone fertility. Gradually severe erosion manifests as increased vaginal discharge, increased menstrual volume, sexual pain or bleeding, etc. However, the impact on pregnancy after moderate erosion is getting bigger and bigger, mainly because: the secretion is more than normal, making it difficult for sperm to pass through, affecting the activity of sperm, and preventing sperm from entering the uterine cavity and combining with the egg, etc.

Simply put, pregnancy is the combination of a sperm from the father and the egg from the mother, which becomes a fertilized egg and then grows into a fetus. To achieve this, the sperm uses the most primitive and basic tactic - "human sea tactics" to ensure that at least one sperm can achieve the purpose of combining with the egg. Since it is a "human sea tactic", the number of sperm launching an attack each time must be sufficient and must be strong. If the number is small, or if they are simply old, weak, sick or disabled, the combination will most likely fail. However, cervical erosion is like a mountain pass, which consumes too much energy before the sperm enters the uterine cavity for conception, shortens its lifespan, and reduces the chance of sperm combining with the egg. This is the root cause of infertility or difficulty in conception.

In addition to gynecological diseases, women may also suffer from infertility if they eat the wrong food:

1. Roast beef and mutton

Eating roasted beef and mutton is a habit of residents in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang. Some people have found that a few women who love to eat roasted mutton give birth to children with mental retardation, paralysis or deformity. After investigation and modern medical research, it was found that these women and their deformed children were all victims of Toxoplasma infection.

2. Coffee

Researchers from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences in the United States conducted a study on 104 women who wanted to get pregnant and concluded that coffee has a direct impact on conception. Among these women, those who drank more than one cup of coffee a day were only half as likely to get pregnant as those who did not drink this beverage. Therefore, they suggested that women should drink less coffee if they intend to get pregnant.

3. Garlic

Eating too much garlic can weaken a person's vital energy and has a significant effect of killing sperm. If young people of childbearing age eat too much, it will have an adverse effect on fertility, so it is not advisable to eat too much.

4. Carrots

Carrots are rich in carotene, multiple vitamins and other nutrients that are beneficial to the human body. Gynecologists at the Rutgers Medical School in New Jersey, USA, found that if women eat too much carrots, the large amount of carotene they ingest will cause amenorrhea and inhibit the normal ovulation function of the ovaries. Therefore, women who want to have children should not eat too many carrots.

5. Alcohol

Scientific research has shown that alcohol is mainly composed of ethanol, which can increase the concentration of catecholamines in the body, cause vasospasm, testicular dysplasia, and even testicular atrophy. The spermatogenesis function will undergo structural changes, and the secretion of testosterone and other male hormones will be insufficient, resulting in feminine manifestations such as a thinner voice and enlarged breasts. Such people are prone to male infertility, and even if they give birth, the next generation is more likely to be deformed. For women, it can cause irregular menstruation, amenorrhea, egg production mutations, loss of sexual desire, or cessation of ovulation.

6. Sunflower seeds

The protein in sunflower seeds contains testicular inhibition components, which can cause testicular atrophy and affect normal reproductive function. Therefore, young people of childbearing age should not eat too much.
