In life, every woman wants to be healthy. Cervicitis is not unfamiliar to women. It is a type of gynecological disease. Once infected, it is difficult to cure. Chronic cervicitis is more difficult to treat than other cervicitis. Some women are worried that chronic cervicitis will cause trouble to their normal life and have a bad impact on their partners and even babies, so they want to cure chronic cervicitis completely. So let's take a look at how to cure chronic cervicitis completely!

Disease description: Chronic cervicitis is the most common gynecological disease. It is more common in women who have given birth. The main clinical manifestations are increased leucorrhea, which is milky white or slightly yellow, or viscous and purulent, sometimes bloody or mixed with blood. It is generally not difficult to diagnose through gynecological examination. The local manifestations of the cervix are cervical hypertrophy, endocervicitis, cervical glandular cysts and cervical squamous metaplasia.

Treatment:

1. Physical therapy

(1) Electric ironing: This method is relatively simple.

(2) Cryotherapy: It uses refrigerants to quickly produce ultra-low temperatures, causing the inflamed tissue to freeze, necrotize, degenerate and fall off. The wound surface is repaired by tissue to achieve the purpose of curing the disease.

(3) Laser treatment: Use CO2 laser to carbonize the inflamed tissue and form a scab. After the scab falls off, the wound surface is covered by new epithelium.

(4) Microwave therapy: Microwave is a new type of physical therapy. When the microwave electrode touches the local diseased tissue, it instantly generates high heat in a very small area and achieves the purpose of coagulation.

(5) Bohm lamp therapy Bohm lamp therapy is a new device for treating cervicitis. Antibiotics are used for 10 days after surgery, bathing is prohibited for 2 weeks, and sexual intercourse is prohibited for 1 month. Reexamination is required 1 to 2 months after surgery.

(6) Infrared coagulation method: Infrared irradiation causes local tissue to coagulate, necrotize, and fall off, forming a non-inflammatory superficial ulcer. Granulation tissue grows and is eventually covered by new squamous epithelium to heal. This method has few side effects, less vaginal discharge after surgery, and a thin crust that falls off quickly.

2. Medication

(1) Vaginal irrigation: 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution can be used to rinse the vagina before applying the medicine.

(2) Local medication: ① After vaginal washing, 10% to 20% silver nitrate can be applied to the local area with a cotton swab, once a week, 2 to 4 times per course of treatment. After applying the medication, gently wipe the local area with a cotton ball of physiological saline. This method is simple and suitable for grassroots units. ② Potassium dichromate solution: This medicine has the effect of sterilization and swelling. This method is simple, the liquid medicine is easy to prepare, the dosage is small, the side effects are few, and it is easy to carry. It is suitable for grassroots units or after the census. ③ Diresulin (Aibo) suppository: After washing the vulva every other night, put 1 suppository deep into the vagina. A total of 12 times of medication is a course of treatment. After the medication is completed, recheck after menstruation.

3. Immunotherapy.

TCM treatment: 1. Damp-heat symptoms: heavy vaginal discharge, yellow-white or purulent, or bloody. Painful intercourse or vaginal bleeding after intercourse. Backache, abdominal distension, or frequent urination, pain, vaginal itching, bitter mouth and dry throat. Red tongue with yellow greasy coating, and slippery pulse. Diet therapy:

① Wrap 9 grams of lentil flower and 12 grams of Chinese toon bark in gauze, add 200 ml of water and boil to obtain 150 ml.

② 30g of new silkworm sand (wrapped in cloth), 30g of Job's tears, put in a clay pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil. 2. Symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency: large amount of clear and thin vaginal discharge, continuous, poor appetite, fatigue, sore waist and knees, dull complexion, or loose stools. Pale tongue with white or greasy coating, and slow pulse. Diet therapy:
