[Frog jump] exercise steps:

Step 1: Do a push-up with your back in a straight line.

Step 2: Jump your feet forward to the outside of your hands, keeping your back straight and your abs tight.

Step 3: Then return to the original movement and jump your legs back to the starting position. The whole movement lasts for 15-30 seconds and do three sets at a time.

【Tips for body shaping】:

"Frog jumps" are mainly for weight loss training of the front and back thighs and buttocks, as well as our heart and lungs. Remember to keep your chest up and your hips down during the exercise. This movement is of relatively high intensity and must be performed gradually. It will also train and stimulate our heart and lungs, so when performing the movement, you can start with a short period of time and gradually progress, and extend the duration of the movement.
