[Opening and closing jump] exercise steps:

Step 1: Bring your legs together and place your hands in front of your thighs.

Step 2: Keep your hands straight, lower your arms, jump up with your legs apart, then squat down and move your center of gravity down to your heels. As you stand up, jump up with your feet together and raise your arms above your head.

Step 3: Then restore this movement, jump back into the squat position, and repeat for 15-30 seconds.

【Tips for body shaping】:

This exercise is of relatively high intensity and must be performed gradually. This is because it not only helps to lose weight, but also trains and stimulates our heart and lungs. Therefore, when performing the exercise, you can start with a short period of time and then gradually increase the duration of the movement, counting the seconds for 15-30 seconds each time. Do three sets a day, or three times.
