What are the symptoms of early cervical erosion in women? Four common clinical manifestations of early cervical erosion in patients

Nowadays, due to the bad living habits of many women, women may suffer from cervical erosion, which has attracted the attention of many women. So what are the symptoms of early cervical erosion?

1. Contact bleeding

This is also a common early symptom of cervical erosion. About 70-80% of patients with cervical cancer have vaginal bleeding. It is often manifested as vaginal discharge mixed with blood after sexual intercourse, gynecological examination, or when straining to defecate.

2. Discomfort

It is mainly caused by discomfort after sex due to local stimulation. If dull pain occurs, it is no longer in the early stage, and it often indicates that metastasis and erosion have occurred in the adjacent tissues such as the pelvic cavity.

3. Increased leucorrhea

Increased vaginal discharge is mainly caused by certain stimulation of the cervical glands. Early signals are clear watery discharge, or an odor, or an increase in serous vaginal discharge, but it is often ignored.

4. Irregular vaginal bleeding

For example, an elderly woman who has been in menopause for many years suddenly has menstruation again for no reason. The menstrual flow is light and accompanied by abdominal pain, back pain and other symptoms, which are easily ignored. In fact, this irregular vaginal bleeding is often the most common sign of early cervical erosion.

Vulvar itching and pain: The vulva and vagina may be stimulated by increased leucorrhea, which may lead to vulvitis or vaginitis and cause vulvar itching and pain.

Lower abdominal and lumbosacral pain: When the inflammation is severe, it can spread along the uterosacral ligament and cardinal ligament to cause pelvic connective tissue inflammation, which is a common disease, causing lower abdominal or lumbosacral pain, accompanied by a feeling of falling.

Frequent urination or difficulty urinating: When the inflammation spreads to the bladder trigone or around the bladder, frequent urination or difficulty urinating may occur.

The symptoms of early cervical erosion are quite obvious. Generally speaking, women with cervical erosion will experience bleeding during sexual intercourse, so women should pay great attention to their personal hygiene.
