1. Physical therapy

Physical therapy includes electric ironing, laser therapy and cryotherapy, but electric ironing can only be used 3 to 7 days after the menstruation is over.

2. Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy uses liquid nitrogen as a cooling source to freeze, necrotize, and fall off eroded tissues through rapid cooling tools.
