How to treat female cervical erosion? Several treatment methods for female cervical erosion

Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the best ways to treat cervical erosion. Cervical erosion makes many of our female friends afraid to face their disease. Our female friends are very concerned about the topic of cervical erosion. Cervical erosion will also affect our entire family. Cervical erosion is a disease with a very high incidence rate nowadays. So how can we better solve this problem? Let us learn about the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods for cervical erosion.

Treatment:

1. Medication

There are many drug treatments for chronic cervicitis, the following are commonly used:

(1) Local vaginal irrigation and topical medication are the most commonly used treatments.

(2) Vaginal lateral fornix closure can be used for patients with chronic cervicitis complicated by paracervical connective tissue inflammation, lumbosacral pain, and significant cervical lifting pain that seriously affects their sexual life.

2. Other treatments

(1) Electrocoagulation In the past, radial electrocautery was used, which took a long time to heal (6 to 8 weeks). Now, electrocoagulation is mostly used to iron the entire erosion flat, so it is also called electric ironing. For specific operations, first place the electric iron and routinely disinfect the vulva, vagina and cervix. Use a vaginal speculum to expose the cervix, contact the electric iron head with the eroded surface, and iron evenly, with the range slightly exceeding the eroded surface. The depth of electric ironing is about 0.2 cm. Too deep may cause bleeding and slow healing; too shallow may affect the efficacy. After electric ironing, spray furazolidone powder or apply chlortetracycline glycerol on the wound.

(2) Cryotherapy is a type of ultra-low temperature treatment, with liquid nitrogen as the cooling source and a temperature of -196°C. During treatment, the appropriate probe is selected according to the degree of erosion. To improve the efficacy, the freeze-thaw-freeze method can be used, that is, freezing for 1 minute, thawing for 3 minutes, and freezing again for 1 minute. Its advantages are simple operation, and little bleeding and cervical stenosis after surgery. Its disadvantage is that there is a lot of vaginal discharge after surgery.

(3) Laser treatment mainly causes the eroded tissue to carbonize and form a scab. After the scab falls off, the wound surface is covered with new squamous epithelium.

(4) Physical therapy should be performed within 3 to 7 days after the end of menstruation. It is contraindicated in cases of acute genital inflammation. Vaginal secretions increase after physical therapy. The vulva should be kept clean. Bathing, sexual intercourse and vaginal douching should be avoided before the wound heals (4 to 8 weeks after surgery). If cryotherapy is performed, the patient should be asked whether he has a history of heart disease before the operation, and an electrocardiogram should be performed if necessary.
