Reasons why pelvic peritonitis is prone to recurrence

Pelvic peritonitis can cause many patients to have some psychological diseases. The occurrence of this disease will not only seriously affect the patient's normal life, but even many patients have mental illnesses caused by pelvic peritonitis. Usually, special attention should be paid to not taking medicine on their own. So, what are the causes of pelvic peritonitis?

1. Too little attention to cleanliness. Contact with items that carry germs or not paying attention to cleanliness can lead to pelvic peritonitis. However, being too clean is not good. Some women often wash their vaginas by themselves or like to take long baths, which gives germs an opportunity to take advantage. Under normal circumstances, secretions make the vagina have self-cleaning and defense functions, but excessive washing changes the pH of the vagina, which makes it easier for germs to reproduce.

Second: Most people take medicine on their own. Another point that should be noted is that if you suffer from pelvic peritonitis, you should not fall into the treatment misunderstanding of gynecological infectious diseases. Don't think that "this medicine worked well" in the past, so you buy medicine on your own. In fact, the wrong medicine will not only not help the condition, but will delay the treatment opportunity and drag a minor illness into a major illness; or control the surface symptoms, but the real condition is covered up. At present, microwaves have more and more advantages in the treatment of pelvic peritonitis. The thermal effect generated by microwaves has the characteristics of high efficiency and strong penetration, which is incomparable to the heating of infrared, short wave and ultrashort wave. When microwaves act on pelvic tissues, they can cause high-frequency oscillation of ions, water molecules and dipoles in tissue cells. When the microwave energy is low, the heat generation is low, which can enhance the local blood circulation in the pelvic cavity and strengthen local metabolism, thus promoting the absorption of edema and reducing inflammation and pain. When the microwave energy is high, the protein of the local pelvic lesion tissue can be denatured, coagulated and necrotic.

3. Failure to distinguish between various gynecological inflammations. Although vaginitis and chronic cervicitis are both inflammations, their natures are very different, and they should be treated differently during treatment. Vaginitis is mostly caused by bacteria, fungi and other pathogens, and is mostly treated with antibiotics; chronic cervicitis is caused by multiple factors such as endocrine changes, external stimuli, human papillomavirus infection, etc., and antibiotics are rarely used for treatment. Comprehensive treatment methods are required. For example, for cervical erosion, physical treatment methods such as laser, freezing, and microwave should be used. Aibao suppositories and Baofukang suppositories can also be used. Both the treatment plan and the treatment drugs are very different from vaginitis. If you suffer from cervicitis, you must also rule out the possibility of cancer and precancerous lesions. Women over 18 years old should have a cervical screening once a year; if it is normal for three consecutive years, it should be changed to a check every 2-3 years.
