Let’s learn about the symptoms of habitual miscarriage!

The symptoms of habitual miscarriage are the same as those of ordinary miscarriage. Patients will experience a small amount of vaginal bleeding and mild abdominal pain. If the amount of vaginal bleeding increases and the abdominal pain worsens, it indicates that miscarriage is about to occur. The causes of habitual miscarriage vary. Patients must actively look for the cause in order to effectively prevent it.

Many women are very happy when they learn that they are pregnant, but some women suffer from habitual miscarriage at this time. As long as miscarriage occurs more than 2 times in a row and each miscarriage occurs in the same month of pregnancy, it can be called habitual miscarriage. In order to better identify the disease, let's learn about the symptoms of habitual miscarriage.
1. What are the symptoms of habitual miscarriage ? The symptoms of habitual miscarriage are the same as those of general miscarriage, and they will go through the stages of threatened miscarriage, inevitable miscarriage, incomplete miscarriage and complete miscarriage. In the early stages of habitual miscarriage, the patient only has a small amount of vaginal bleeding, or is accompanied by mild lower abdominal pain. The amount of bleeding is small, and the bleeding time may last for several days or weeks. Once the amount of vaginal bleeding increases and the abdominal pain worsens, upon examination, it is found that the cervix has dilated, and even the fetal sac has blocked the cervix. At this time, miscarriage is inevitable. After the miscarriage occurs, if the pregnancy products are completely expelled, this is a complete miscarriage, or if part of the pregnancy products still remain in the uterus, it is an incomplete miscarriage. Incomplete miscarriage requires immediate uterine curettage.
2. Types of habitual abortion <br/>According to the different time of occurrence of habitual abortion, habitual abortion can be divided into early habitual abortion and late habitual abortion. Generally, abortions that occur within 12 weeks of pregnancy are mostly related to genetic factors, immune factors, and endocrine factors, and are called early habitual abortions. Abortions that occur after 12 weeks of pregnancy are related to uterine malformations, blood type incompatibility, cervical dysplasia, and maternal diseases, and are called late habitual abortions.
In addition, habitual abortion can be divided into primary and secondary according to whether there is a normal reproductive history before habitual abortion. Primary abortion refers to the situation that a woman has never had a normal pregnancy with the same husband, and multiple pregnancies have ended in abortion before 20 weeks of pregnancy. Secondary abortion refers to the situation that a woman has had a normal pregnancy with the same husband, or has given birth to at least one fetus, or has not given birth, but most of the abortions occurred after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
