What is a ruptured tubal pregnancy? Abdominal pain

Ruptured tubal pregnancy is a condition in which the fertilized egg implants in the fallopian tube and then grows, causing the serosa of the fallopian tube to rupture. Ruptured tubal pregnancy can cause abdominal pain in patients, as well as dizziness, sweating, myocardial infarction, blurred vision, etc. In addition, ruptured tubal pregnancy can also cause amenorrhea and irregular vaginal bleeding in patients.

Ruptured tubal pregnancy is also relatively common in obstetrics clinic and is a type of ectopic pregnancy. It can cause great harm to pregnant women and we need to pay attention to it. So what is ruptured tubal pregnancy? Let's take a closer look at it!
Ruptured tubal pregnancy is a common condition in ectopic pregnancy. It is a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Generally, ruptured tubal pregnancy occurs when the pregnancy is one and a half months old. It is because of the isthmus pregnancy of the tubal tube. If the embryo implants in the fallopian tube, it continues to invade the muscle layer of the fallopian tube and grows continuously, which will eventually lead to the rupture of the serosal layer of the fallopian tube. This is what we call ruptured tubal pregnancy. Ruptured tubal pregnancy usually occurs around four months of pregnancy.
Once tubal pregnancy ruptures, the patient will experience abdominal pain, and most patients will experience abdominal pain. At the beginning, the patient's lower abdomen will feel very strong pain, as if it was torn apart, and then it will slowly spread to the patient's entire abdomen. If tubal miscarriage occurs, there will be a small amount of bleeding symptoms. If the fallopian tube ruptures or miscarriages occur repeatedly, it will cause repeated bleeding, threatening the patient's health and safety. In addition to abdominal pain, the patient will also experience dizziness, sweating, myocardial infarction, blurred vision and other symptoms.
Ruptured tubal pregnancy can also cause amenorrhea. The duration of amenorrhea is closely related to the location of the tubal pregnancy. If it is in the isthmus or ampulla, amenorrhea will occur in about six weeks. If it is an interstitial pregnancy, it will rupture three to four months after pregnancy, and the duration of amenorrhea will be relatively longer.
Patients with ruptured tubal pregnancy will also have symptoms of irregular vaginal bleeding. This is due to the degenerative changes and necrosis of the patient's endometrium after endocrine changes, which leads to the discharge of decidua. This irregular bleeding is in the form of drops and dark brown. In a few patients, the amount of irregular vaginal bleeding is relatively large.
