Dysmenorrhea is like a nightmare that you cannot wake up from, often tormenting patients for a long time. There are many causes of this gynecological disease in life, including physiological factors and pathological factors. Therefore, we all need to pay enough attention to dysmenorrhea, learn more about the symptoms and preventive measures of the disease, and achieve early detection and early treatment. So, do you know what the symptoms of dysmenorrhea are like? First of all, dysmenorrhea can be divided into 3 degrees according to its severity: (1) Mild: Obvious lower abdominal pain during or before and after menstruation, accompanied by back pain, but the patient can continue to work, has no systemic symptoms, and sometimes needs to take painkillers. (2) Moderate: Unbearable lower abdominal pain during or before and after menstruation, accompanied by back pain and nausea Vomiting, cold limbs, and pain relief measures to temporarily relieve the pain.(3) Severe: Unbearable lower abdominal pain during or before and after menstruation, restlessness, serious impact on work, study and daily life, and bed rest is required, accompanied by back pain, pale complexion, cold sweat, cold limbs, vomiting and diarrhea, or anal swelling, and no obvious relief after taking analgesic measures. Secondly, typical symptoms: beginning with menstruation or a few hours before vaginal bleeding, periodic lower abdominal distension, cold pain, burning pain, stabbing pain, dull pain, heaviness, colic, spasmodic pain, tearing pain, pain extending to the sacrum and back, and even involving the thighs and feet, lasting 1/2 to 2 hours. The pain is mostly in the lower abdomen, and in severe cases it can radiate to the lumbar sacral region or the anterior medial thigh. Finally, some patients have systemic symptoms: breast pain, anal distension, chest tightness, irritability, sadness, insomnia, headache, dizziness, fatigue, cold limbs, cold sweat, collapse and fainting. After the onset of severe abdominal pain, it turns into moderate paroxysmal pain, which lasts about 12 to 24 hours. It gradually disappears after the menstrual blood flows smoothly, and occasionally some patients need to stay in bed for 2 to 3 days. The harm of dysmenorrhea is very serious, and we must pay attention to it. Many women will suffer from infertility due to dysmenorrhea, and long-term untreated will also affect other organs. Therefore, if women have dysmenorrhea, they must go to the hospital for treatment, and they must also pay attention to conditioning during menstruation, especially not eating spicy or cold foods. |
