How is vaginitis diagnosed?

As we all know, sometimes we are sick but don’t know it, so we need to go to the hospital for examination. This is the case with vaginitis. It is necessary for everyone to grasp the examination of vaginitis. Only by grasping the examination basis of vaginitis can we achieve accurate diagnosis results and then carry out active treatment. So, what is the diagnosis method of vaginitis?

Vaginitis examination basis:

1.Urethra irritation symptoms.

2. Redness and swelling of the urethra, purulent discharge, and tenderness along the urethra

3. There are a large number of red blood cells and white blood cells in the urine, and the first cup of urine in the three-cup urine test is obviously abnormal.

4. The presence of pathogenic bacteria in urethral secretion smear staining or bacterial culture can be used to differentiate it from gonococcal vaginitis.

Vaginitis is a common disease, more common in women. It is clinically divided into acute and chronic, nonspecific vaginitis and gonococcal vaginitis. The latter two have similar clinical manifestations and must be differentiated based on medical history and bacteriological examination.

Urinalysis shows leukocytosis or pyuria, accompanied by erythrocytosis, and a few cases show macroscopic hematuria. The three-cup urine test shows a large number of pus cells and red blood cells in the first cup, while the second and third cups are basically normal. The number of bacteria in the first-stream urine cell culture is significantly higher than that in the midstream urine.

The above is an analysis of the examination basis for vaginitis. Experts point out that in order to ensure everyone’s safety and health, we must grasp the examination basis for vaginitis. Only in this way can we make a correct diagnosis and then carry out targeted treatment.
